The aroma of freshly baked dough fills the air as you arrive at Big Doms. From the menu, popular items are the egg and bacon bagel for breakfast and the scallion cream cheese. They also have fluffy donuts and decent coffee on the menu.
Although they don’t have seating, they do have a drive thru where you can pick up your order with ease – we recommend you place your orders online and pick up through the drive thru, as they only have a select number of bagels available per day.

Having spent several weeks traveling around Laos, we can confirm that SAAP has some of the best and most authentic Laotian cuisine in the region and is one of our favorite Asian restaurants in Raleigh.
The space is simple yet charming with modern wood accents and hanging lighting that looks like a Frangipani flower, the national flower of Laos.
Some standout dishes include the “Papaya Salad,” a traditional and spicy salad served all across Southeast Asia, as well as the “Lettuce Wraps”, served with minced meat seasoned with herbs and lime.
The “Grilled Pork Skewers” come highly recommended for their smoky flavor and tender texture. For those seeking something hearty, the “Seafood Green Curry,” a rich coconut curry, is a comforting and satisfying option.

The deli has a casual vibe, and food is made fresh to order. We highly recommend the Roast Beef sandwich and Reuben sandwich. This is an ideal spot for a quick and casual lunch or grabbing food to go to enjoy at home. My only negative is the rather excessive use of styrofoam!
